Five Doctors and three paramedical staff have started their three days visit to Kashmir from 25th November. They include child specialist, orthopedic, general surgeon, gynecologist and general practitioner. They will have mobile medical camp at Paniola, Rawalakot and Bagh areas of Kashmir. They are best known doctors of district Toba Tek Singh. The visit is been organized by Women Workers Help Line (WWHL) in association with Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) district Toba Tek Singh. They also carry medicine worth over 100,000 Rupees (US$1800).
In another development, three more trucks loads of bedding and kitchen pottery are on the way to Kashmir. Community Support Concern (CSC), an NGO in Lahore, in collaboration with Citizen Relief Committee, have organized this relief. The relief is enough for 240 families. They include all the main items of kitchen, mattress, pillow and blanket for each family. The total cost of this relief goes over 500,000 Rupees (US$9000). They will also be distributed among the families living in Paniola and Rawlakot area of Kashmir. This is a target area of Citizen relief Committee and Labour Relief Campaign. Both organizations are working in close collaboration with each other.
