At this moment, we wish to make the following points clear:

1.⁠ ⁠We firmly oppose any conspiracy to remove the leftists from power. The communist leadership of Nepal is our historical friend and a close ally of the workers’ and peasants’ movements in South Asia.

2.⁠ ⁠We believe it is essential to protect the fundamental rights and democratic freedoms of the people. Unnecessary violence under the pretext of suppressing peaceful protests must stop. Such actions strengthen imperialist and reactionary forces, not the unity of the left.

3.⁠ ⁠We call upon the communist leadership of Nepal to listen to the voice of the people, take a firm stand in defending democratic rights, and engage the younger generation. The energy of the youth is not the enemy of the leftist movement but the hope for the future.

The CPBML of Bangladesh firmly states:

We stand with the struggle of the people of Nepal, oppose any conspiracy by imperialist and reactionary forces, and support the victory of the communist movement in Nepal.
