After a while, we got a document, according to which an order was issued in the Lyubertsy district to organize the so-called “Charity Labour Day”. In administration likely does not understand that charity is a private and voluntary action. As usual, this collection turned out to be “compulsory-voluntary”. There is what our subscriber writes us about continue of this case:
“After my indignation, the discussion in our collective was started, and turn out that some workers also protested against Luberetskaya administration actions. And after all, I was called by the chief of the establishment. I was ready for all: shouting, intimidating by dismissal… But she just said: «I know and share your position. I understand that you are ready to refuse bonuses. But the thing is different: anyway, the accounting department has already deducted this money from all salaries, since there is an order. But if the team does not have at least one signature on applications for voluntary charity, the entire team of the institution will not receive bonus payments; they will also be allowed to charity.” I gave up, realizing that because of my position, the girls would be left without a salary (and many of they are raising their children alone).”
We are outraged that workers in the educational sphere not only do not receive decent wages for their work. At the same time, the administration of institutions can hide behind false notions of “charity” or blackmail them by depriving them of bonuses.
Antifund supports workers in such situations. It’s free and anonymous!
