The 12^th ARS is the first physical meeting of Asian comrades for theoretical discussion and practical learning after the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2023. And we are launching it amidst various economic and political crises both within Asia and outside (Myanmar, Ukraine, Palestine). In the Philippines, the West Philippine (part of China Sea) has been the point of geopolitical contentions among global powers. Thus, the school would be an important platform for activists as we collectively confront the current challenges and threats.

Preparations and Repairs

IIRE-Manila team is on its series of meetings for the preparations including the course outline and communications to organizations and invited lecturers. Comrades in the country also has been organizing meetings for theoretical, human, logistical and financial preparations.

After 15 years, IIRE-Manila facilities need repairs and maintenance. This includes the kitchen, rooms, and cooking equipment.

Invitations

Organizations and friendly networks are expected to acknowledge their participation to the 12^th Asian Regional School the soonest possible. Please communicate through the iiremanila iire.org for inquiries and other information needed. English will be the main medium since it will be very hard to find interpreters.

Registration to the School is USD50 for third world countries and USD300 for advance capitalist countries participants.

SOLIDARITY

Majority of the participants are from Asian countries mostly from the third world and organizations are often not in good financial status for international travels. Thus, we appeal for Solidarity and Support!
