He was a lifelong fighter, an armed fighter in the war of liberation of Bangladesh, a colleague of Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhasani, Mohammad Toaha and Golam Mohiuddin. He has led the struggle for the rights of the exploited, deprived and hardworking people till death. In his death, a worthy leader of the labor movement in Bangladesh was lost.

He has led the Communist Party, Workers-Employees Unity Council and Workers-Employees Struggle Council.

Today, Janaza was held at Dagair’s Paschim Para Mosque in the Demra area of Dhaka.
