Communist Party of Bangladesh-ML(CPBML) brought out a procession towards the martyrdom of freedom fighters who sacrificed lives in liberation in 1971, Savar, Dhaka today on 16 December 2018 in celebration of the Great Victory Day of the nation. Led Comrade Badrul Alam, General Secretary of the party the participants in the procession paid homage to the martyrs with floral wreath.

The leaders of the party said that the spirit of liberation war remains unimplemented. They told that the new leaderships of clean image would have to take the responsibility to execute the secular democracy, culture and exclusive economic development which would ensure an equitable and equal humanitarian exploitation and discrimination free society.

They also added that for a real democratic society all kinds of black laws including digital security act should be withdrawn.

The function was attended by PB Member of the party comrade Zayed Iqkbal Khan, comrade Subol Sarker, Rehan Begum, Salina Aktrer, Nasrin Akter, Jhorna Begum, Harun or Rashid, Shahabuddin Matobbor among others.
